For our retail stores in Münster, Hamburg, Cologne, Berlin, Stuttgart, Munich and Vienna we are looking for opticians (m/f/d) and master opticians (m/f/d)! You want to start in one of these cities? Then apply now!

  • With your expertise, you are the (main) contact person for the store team on the subject of ophthalmic optics
  • You offer an all-round service - from selection and consultation to the fitting of glasses
  • You are mainly responsible for the execution of eye tests
  • You will work closely with the Kapten & Son headquarters in Cologne and together with us you will take ophthalmic optics to a new level

We're a match if you...

  • have graduated as an optician, master optician or have completed a course of study in the field of optics/optometry
  • are a professional in refraction and always have an open ear for the needs of your customers
  • can identify with our products, are Kapten by heart and want to work together with a great, dynamic team
  • love to inspire customers with your positive charisma about a product and improve the shopping experience from day to day
