On this way we need you as Head of Influencer Marketing (m/f/d)!

We're looking for you if you're passionate about influencer marketing and want to take our influencer strategy and the team behind it to the next level as a leader.

That's what you move with us...

• The strategic and conceptual direction of our influencer marketing for the entire DACH region is in your hands
• You are the thematic and disciplinary leader of the 10-member Influencer DACH team
• Together with your team, you research new trends, develop cooperations and take care of the selection of suitable influencers and brand ambassadors
• Relevant KPIs are analyzed and existing processes improved by you 
• You have full budget responsibility for your area and take our influencer marketing to the next level with your creative concepts

• have several years of professional experience in influencer marketing and/or talent management as well as in managing employees
• have a visionary mindset and the skills to bring our high-level marketing strategy down to the team level
• are a bit of a marketing nut, are passionate about digital topics & e-commerce and follow every social media trend
• convince with strong initiative, negotiation skills and a 100% passion for influencer marketing
• speak fluent German and English
