Hey, we are Kapten & Son - with over 200 employees, we work every day on becoming the leading D2C lifestyle brand in Europe.

On this way we need you as our intern in our Customer Care - focus France!

We are looking for you if you want to support us in advising our french customers on all their questions and concerns and thus create their customer experience in the best possible way!


What you move with us...

  • At the beginning of your internship, you will be systematically introduced to the different areas of our loving Customer Care
  • You are the "voice" to our French customers and will be the first contact person on the phone as well as by e-mail.
  • In doing so, you advise them on all questions concerning our products and also take care of the processing of returns and complaints.
  • To stay up-to-date and offer our customers the best and fastest service, you will work closely with our Logistics, Marketing & Product Design departments

We're a match if you...

  • are currently studying or have recently graduated
  • speak fluent French and German and ideally some English
  • attach value to a smooth and courteous day-to-day life in the customer service department and in the office 
  • enjoy communicating with people and convince with your friendly manner
  • like to work in a team as well as independently and carefully and we can always rely on you
  • don't get upset in stressful phases and you are always solution-oriented
