Senior Event Manager (m/f/d)

On this way we need you as Senior Event Manager (m/f/d)!

We are looking for you if you are passionate about event management and want to work with your team to develop and implement creative event ideas to drive the Kapten experience forward.

That's what you move with us...

• You are responsible for all our internal and external (influencer-, press-, store- and employee-) events at home and abroad
• You are in constant contact with internal departments and take responsibility for managing external service providers and cooperation partners
  
• The whole process is in your hands, from concept development, planning and budgeting to follow-up and success control
• You are supported by your team of 3, which you  lead and develop independently

• have at least 3 years of experience in event management and have already managed a small team
  
• have a strong network of contacts to locations, event organisers and service providers
• are passionate about event management and maintain an above-average creative and structured approach even in stressful phases
• have a certain affinity for influencer marketing and know what a cool influencer event should look like
• have a fluent command of written and spoken German and English
