(Senior) Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

On this way, we need you as our (Senior) Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d)!

We are looking for you, if you are passionate about influencer marketing and want to implement creative influencer campaigns and co-creations together with your team to drive the strategic expansion of our influencer marketing.

That's what you move with us...

• In addition to the strategic expansion of our influencer marketing, you are responsible for leading part of our influencer marketing team
• The developing of performance- and brand-driven influencer campaigns and co-creations for all our product groups lays in your hands
• You oversee the entire process from the selection of suitable influencers to contract negotiations and contact management
• While working with influencers, agencies and management, you always keep your goal of a long-term collaboration in mind
• Because of your affinity for marketing, you follow every social media trend and regularly carry out competitive analyses and market observations
• You are responsible for the budget, analyse relevant KPIS and create reportings to further develop our influencer marketing

• have successfully completed your studies in business administration, marketing or a similar course of study and have at least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing
• have already gained some experience in managing employees
• have created reports with analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Qlik or similar and are familiar with KPIs such as CPM, CPV, ROAS and CAC
• are passionate about influencer marketing and maintain your creative, structured and analytical approach even in stressful phases
• are fluent in both written and spoken German and English
