Then become our new Head of Sales & Market Places (m/f/d).


  • You take overall responsibility for our sales activities in Europe from small concept stores to large key accounts and e-tailers to marketplaces.
  • You will lead our B2B sales team and manage large key accounts directly.
  • You build up the structures for the cooperation with marketplaces and develop an integrated wholesale and marketplace strategy.
  • Together with your team, you transport our product and brand DNA to the POS and drive the internationalisation of Kapten & Son forward
  • You are as concerned about supporting our existing retailers as you are about building long-term partnerships with new customers.

Requirements

  • Do you have at least five years of relevant work experience in the sales department of a D2C (Direct to Consumer) brand/another e-commerce company with an international orientation or in the purchasing department of an online shop?
  • Have you already successfully gained experience in the area of marketplaces on the seller or platform side?
  • Have you gained experience in successfully leading and motivating a team and are you an empathetic personality?
  • Do you identify with Kapten & Son and are you good at inspiring others with your spirit for our brand?
  • Are your negotiating skills above average?
  • Are you more than motivated to achieve your goals and convincing with your hands-on mentality?
  • Are you hungry for results, do you have a very good understanding of numbers and are you distinguished by above-average business acumen
  • Do you speak fluent German and are you business fluent in English?
