  • At the beginning you systematically are trained in the different areas of our affectionate customer service
  • In the daily routine you mainly answer e-mails and talk on the phone with our Dutch customers
  • Hardly anyone will know the feedback of our customers better than you! With you and this knowledge we want to work out long-term future strategies for service and product development
  • You communicate with our logistics and marketing departments so that you are always up to date and can offer our customers the best service possible

Requirements

  • Are you currently studying, or have you recently graduated and want to gain practical experience?
  • Are you a native Dutch speaker and can therefore best respond to the concerns of our Dutch customers?
  • Is a smooth and courteous day-to-day life in the customer service department and in the office close to your heart?
  • Do you enjoy communicating with people?
  • Are happy customers a personal goal for you?
  • Do you speak fluent English and ideally a little German?
