  • You drive the user research and discovery phase, working with our product owner on hypothesis-driven experiments to drive business growth and discover new opportunities
  • You create a UI style guide that aligns with our corporate identity, general design trends, and usability standards
  • You translate user-centric insights into intuitive UI design, based on your deep knowledge of design practices, usability and accessibility, and the findings of your UX research, and continuously track relevant success metrics to optimize them

We're a match if you...

  • have successfully completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, graphic design, communication sciences or media management
  • already have 1-3 years of professional experience in the field of UI/UX design
  • have experience in designing smooth user flows, building a clear information architecture and creating an appealing look & feel

  • are experienced in using Sketch, Figma, XD or similar tools
  • know relevant frameworks and how to create business value with them
  • are fluent in German and English, and maybe even another language

Are you screaming “Yes!" out loud? Then let us briefly tell you what awaits you:

An environment in which you can perform at your best and are able to take personal responsibility from day 1.

You can look forward to regular team events, flexible working hours, flat hierarchies, discounts on our products, a discounted Urban-Sports-Club membership, Babbel English lessons, 2 weeks work-from-everywhere and an annual training budget.

In addition, there is a drinks flat-rate, fresh fruit and our own coffee & gin bar in our office with a wonderful view of the Rhine.
