We are Kapten & Son. With over 250 Kaptens, we work every day to become Europe's leading D2C backpack brand. Our products accompany people on their everyday adventures – and you help make our brand visible across social media in the Benelux region.

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Your Kapten Experience includes

  • Produce organic content: You develop your own content for our social media channels and bring your ideas into the content plan.

  • Create paid ads content: You support the production of ad creatives that drive reach and engagement.

  • Support influencer campaigns: You accompany creator collaborations from preparation through execution.

  • Help shape UGC campaigns: You help collect, prepare and use user-generated content for our brand.

  • Co-organize events: You get hands-on with planning and running events and make our brand tangible on site.

What's already in your bag

  • enrolled in Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Studies or a comparable field

  • First work experience of less than one year, ideally in marketing, content or social media

  • First experience producing organic content and/or paid ads content

  • Interest in influencer and UGC campaigns, plus enthusiasm for event work

  • A communicative, empathetic, creative and structured way of working

  • Proficient Dutch and good English skills
