How can I apply for a job?

Please apply directly via our career site. In our application form we ask for all the information we need for a smooth application process.

What documents do I need to submit for my application?

We require an current CV and would be pleased to receive information about your earliest possible starting date, your salary expectations and the submission of your references.

It is especially important for us to receive an authentic application, gladly also with a cover letter, in which you write something about your motivation and give us a first insight into your personality.

Can I apply for more than one position?

Of course, you can apply for several positions at the same time. It's best to always keep an eye on our requirements profile and see if it matches your skillset and work experience.

Then we'll look at your application documents and decide together which job profile might suit you best.

Can I submit an unsolicited application?

Absolutely! We love initiative and look forward to receiving your passionate speculative application for a permanent position or an internship.

Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept unsolicited applications for working student positions or internships as part of a dual study program.

Is there a minimum duration for internships?

Since all our interns take on their own tasks and areas of responsibility, our internships are always 6 months long. It is very important to us that interns learn as much as possible during their internship and have enough time to familiarize themselves with various topics.

What happens after I apply?

After we have received your application documents, we will check them and carry out an internal pre-selection of all candidates. We will get back to you within 2 weeks with an initial feedback. If your profile matches the advertised position, you will receive an invitation to a first video interview with us a few days later. This first meeting may be followed by further application rounds - this depends on the position to be filled. Of course, we would inform you about this at an early stage.

How can I prepare for my interview?

The focus of the discussions is on mutual exchange. We want to get to know you better, both personally and professionally, and also give you room for your questions and open points. Your motivation and interests as well as the background of your career are just as important to us as your strengths and your professional know-how. If there are any questions or tasks that require preparation, our recruiting team will let you know early in the process. It is important to us that you remain authentic in all your answers and that we understand what is important to you in the work context.
