We’re looking for you if you want to play a key role in shaping our CRM strategy, own data-driven campaigns and leave a lasting mark on the way we build long-term customer relationships.

This is what you will move with us...

  • You own the conceptual and strategic development of our CRM campaigns, automations, and communication journeys across all relevant channels and bring a genuine hands-on mentality to their execution

  • You advance our CRM measures along the entire customer journey, contribute fresh ideas for targeted, personalised customer communication, and translate them into impactful actions – data-driven, creative, and with a clear eye on performance

  • You independently lead and drive strategic CRM projects that move our CRM capabilities forward in a sustainable and measurable way

  • You support the team on more complex campaigns and operational execution – particularly around strategy, segmentation, testing, and personalisation

  • You analyse CRM and performance data, identify concrete optimisation potential, and consistently implement data-driven measures to continuously improve our CRM communication

  • You bring fresh thinking to our segmentation logic, personalisation strategy, and automation setups – approaching CRM holistically and always looking ahead

  • As a sparring partner for our Junior CRM Manager, you actively contribute your expertise to the growth and development of the team.

  • You serve as a central interface, collaborating closely with teams such as Business Intelligence, Campaign & Content, Performance Marketing, and International Markets

We're a match if you...

  • have successfully completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field, ideally with experience in a D2C or e-commerce environment

  • bring 2–3 years of professional experience in CRM, email marketing, dialogue marketing, or campaign management

  • have a strong sense for target group-oriented communication, customer journeys, and data-driven optimisation – creative, copy-confident, and always with the customer at the centre

  • bring hands-on experience in the conception and development of CRM measures, as well as first touchpoints with loyalty topics

  • are confident with common CRM tools (ideally Emarsys) and bring a solid technical understanding of CRM processes and setups, without wanting to work in a purely technical role

  • are analytically strong, can interpret data with confidence, and derive clear, actionable measures from your findings

  • demonstrate a high level of initiative, a hands-on mentality, and a structured, proactive way of working – and are comfortable taking ownership

  • are communicative and collaborative, and feel at home in a fast-growing, interdisciplinary team

  • bring excellent German skills and a solid level of English, both written and spoken
