Job description
Be(come) the Experience – Help us build something that doesn't have a name yet.
We're part of the Kapten & Son Group – and we're building something new. A venture still taking shape, but with a clear direction: products that are part of people's everyday lives. Drive sales & promotions: You plan, coordinate, and execute sale periods and promotional campaigns, including pricing logic and cross-channel alignment.
Lead demand planning & inventory management: You create sales forecasts, analyse stock levels, and ensure we avoid both out-of-stock situations and excess inventory.
Support purchasing operations: Together with the buying team of our parent company, you manage demand planning, quantities, timing, and reorders.
Build analytics & reporting: You develop and maintain shop, sales, and inventory reports that serve as a decision-making basis for management and the parent company.
Deliver product input: You translate sales and market data into concrete assortment and product recommendations for the product development team.

A completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
1–3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, operations, or a similar environment
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to data, numbers, and processes

Ready to join?
Building e-commerce from the ground up means owning the full picture – from Shopify setup to getting the right product in the right place at the right time.
