Your Kapten Experience includes
Develop and execute brand experiences: You concept and bring to life extraordinary event formats – from brand and community events to creator and press events, including international projects that make our brand tangible.
Own the full event lifecycle: From the first idea to the post-event debrief, you take full ownership – including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and success evaluation.
Manage vendors and partners: You coordinate locations, external contractors, suppliers, and production partners, keeping a clear eye on timelines and quality at all times.
Organise and accompany travel: You plan and coordinate travel for creators, partners, and internal teams – seamlessly, thoughtfully, and with the right attention to detail.
Collaborate cross-functionally: You work closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Social Media, PR, and Influencer Marketing, acting as the operational hub for everything that turns an event into an experience.
What's already in your bag
Several years of professional experience in event management or brand marketing
Strong organisational skills paired with a structured and self-driven working style
Creativity and a genuine feel for exceptional brand experiences – you think in moments, not just checklists
A hands-on mentality: you roll up your sleeves when it counts and find pragmatic solutions even under pressure
Composure and clarity in high-pressure situations – you keep the overview when it matters most
Excellent communication skills in both German and English
Willingness to travel for national and international projects
