Be(come) part of the experience as a (Senior) Marketplace Manager (m/f/d)!

We’re looking for you if you want to manage Kapten and Son’s B2B clients, help shape Corporate Sales and Wholesale, and develop long-term partnerships.

Start date: as soon as possible

What you’ll move with us...

  • Corporate Sales: You independently manage B2B enquiries from first contact through to closing, develop proposals, and build long-term customer relationships, with real ownership over your own client base and its associated revenue potential

  • Wholesale Support: You support our national and international wholesale team in day-to-day operations and ensure professional partner management. You also take on responsibility for smaller existing accounts or new markets and actively develop them further

  • You create materials such as price lists, order sheets, and lookbooks, and make an initial selection of new customer enquiries

  • Trade Fairs & Events: You support the preparation and execution of trade fairs, order rounds, and B2B events, coordinate materials, sample collections, and presentations, and serve as a reliable point of contact for our partners on-site

  • Organisation & Data: You keep data processes clean and up to date, maintain CRM and customer master data, and work closely with Sales & Supply Chain, identifying optimisation potential and actively contributing ideas to make processes smarter

What's already in your bag...

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Fashion & Textile Management

  • First experience in B2B sales, inside sales, sales support, or customer care

  • A passion for direct customer contact and a knack for building and maintaining relationships

  • Strong organisational skills, a structured way of working, and a good eye for detail

  • Confidence with digital tools and good Excel skills, first experience with CRM systems is a plus

  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
