Hey! We are Kapten & Son – with over 250 employees, we work every day to become Europe’s leading D2C backpack brand.

Be(come) part of the experience as (Junior) CRM Manager (m/f/d)!

We’re looking for you if you’re excited about building long-term customer relationships, developing data-driven CRM campaigns, and taking the way we communicate with our customers to the next level – together with our CRM team.

Start date: 01.06.2026

This is what you will move with us...

  • With your creative ideas, you plan and execute personalised CRM campaigns along our campaign calendar, from segmentation and content selection through alignment to final deployment

  • Beyond email campaigns, you design and manage CRM communication across additional channels such as WhatsApp and app, ensuring our customers receive the right message at the right time

  • You act as an interface, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Business Intelligence, Campaign & Content, Performance Marketing, and the Country Teams

  • You coordinate timings, briefings, approvals, and assets, independently maintain relevant campaign and planning tools, and keep track of all to-dos and deadlines

  • You analyse CRM data, prepare campaign-related reports, and derive first learnings to continuously optimise our campaigns and automations

  • You support strategic CRM projects and contribute fresh ideas for automations, personalisation, and innovative formats to our CRM communication

We're a match if you...

  • have successfully completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing

  • ideally have already gained first hands-on experience in a CRM, email marketing, or campaign environment

  • have a strong sense for target group-oriented communication, content, and creative campaigns

  • work in a structured, careful, and organised way, enjoy planning and operational execution, and keep your head clear even in dynamic phases

  • have a good feel for numbers and performance analysis and are able to derive first learnings from data

  • are familiar with common mailing or CRM tools, or can quickly and independently get up to speed with new tools and processes

  • bring excellent German skills and a good level of English

Your benefits with us...

  • Flexible Working: Flexitime and the option to work remotely two days a week

  • Workation: Want to explore the world? No problem. Work from your favourite European destination for up to two weeks a year
