Hey, we are Kapten & Son - with over 200 employees, we work every day on becoming the leading D2C lifestyle brand in Europe.

Be(come) part of the experience as our (Junior) Fulfillment Manager (m/f/d)!

We are looking for you, if want to make our customers happy with their new Kapten & Son product by shipping our products quickly!

Location: Vitalisstraße 162, 50827 Cologne


  • Together with your fulfillment team, you will take care of picking and shipping our lifestyle and fashion products
  • You will process and assess customer complaints and carry out minor repairs if necessary
  • Your work location will be in one of the newest fulfillment areas in Cologne, which also places a lot of emphasis on design and a feel-good atmosphere

We're a match if you...

  • have completed a completed apprenticeship in logistics or a similar professional field
  • stay absolutely cool and structured even in stressful phases - after all, you are an organizational talent
  • are very reliable and convince with your hands-on mentality
  • speak fluent German and English
