Performance Video Creator (m/f/d)

You know which videos capture attention and motivate people to take action. As a Performance Video Creator, you develop video creatives for our performance ads – from the initial idea and shooting to editing and the final ad. You’ll also appear in front of the camera yourself and create content that convinces and delivers measurable performance.

What you’ll be doing with us:

• You develop video creatives for performance marketing and paid social ads

• You independently create ideas, hooks, and storylines that are optimized for performance and conversion

• You appear in front of the camera and produce authentic content for our ads

• You execute videos independently, from concept and shooting to editing

• You work closely with our performance marketing team and further develop creatives based on performance data and testing

• You test different hooks, formats, and creative approaches to find out which creatives truly perform

• You monitor trends and formats in performance advertising and turn them into new video ideas

• enjoy being in front of the camera and producing video content

• have a good instinct for hooks, storytelling, and attention-grabbing performance ads

• understand how performance creatives are tested and optimized

• can turn video ideas into reality quickly and independently

• have experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, or similar)

• enjoy developing new ideas and experimenting with unconventional approaches

• have strong self-motivation and like to proactively drive things forward

• work independently and take ownership of your ideas and projects
