Hey, we are Kapten & Son - with over 200 employees, we work every day on becoming the leading D2C backpack brand in Europe.

Be(come) part of the experience as intern (m/f/d) in Influencer Marketing - Netherlands!

We are looking for you if you are ready to elevate our Influencer Marketing game to new heights in the vibrant landscape of the Netherlands.


Start: asap | Duration: 6 month

That's what you move with us...


  • With your base in Amsterdam, you are representing Kapten & Son in the Netherlands and have a significant influence on the internationalisation of our company
  • You are supporting our Country Management Team with influencer Marketing on-site and arranging longterm cooperations with the most important Dutch influencers and content creators
  • Through regular communication and contact, you are building your own influencer network and infect everyone with your passion for Kapten & Son
  • You are working closely with other teams like Social Media, to exchange trends, improve our market strategy and support with the creation of local content

We're a match if you...

  • you are currently living in Amsterdam and have knowledge about the city, its influencer network and Gen-Z as no one else
  • as digital native, you always have your eyes on the most important social media (especially Tiktok) & influencer marketing trends and follow them with passion
  • because of your friendly, respectful and communicative manner, you were born to be networking and negotiating with influencers
  • your outstanding creativity, courage and organisational skills help you daring new trends and keeping a clear head, even in stressfull times
  • you are a native speaker in Dutch and speak business fluent English
