Our products accompany people through their everyday experiences – and you’ll make sure the right voices in the creator world are passionate about our brand and carry it authentically into their community's daily lives.

Duration: 6 months

Your Kapten Experience includes

  • Discover & dive into Influencer Marketing: You’ll be systematically introduced to all areas of our influencer marketing and learn from day one how we build and inspire our community at Kapten & Son.

  • Shape campaigns that matter: Together with your team, you’ll work on exciting influencer campaigns across our entire product portfolio, from the first idea to the final post.

  • Build & nurture creator relationships: You’ll be in direct contact with influencers and manage them throughout your entire internship, from the very first outreach to the live posting.

  • Coordinate & send seedings: You’ll plan, coordinate, and send our influencer seedings: putting together product packages, making sure they’re packaged with love and brand character, and keeping track of timings, recipients, and shipping processes.

  • Scout accounts & analyse performance: You’ll independently search for the right accounts for our brand, negotiate rates, and analyse the success of postings based on relevant KPIs.

  • Develop collaborations & marketing initiatives: You’ll immerse yourself in the broader Kapten & Son marketing world and work with your team to develop exciting new collaborations and creative marketing measures.

What's already in your bag

  • Ongoing or recently completed degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable field, you’re about to start your practical phase or looking for a voluntary 6-month internship

  • First hands-on experience in marketing that you’re eager to bring into our team

  • A strong feel for social media, especially Instagram & TikTok, along with an understanding of relevant KPIs and the rising stars of tomorrow

  • A team-player mindset combined with an independent and thorough working style, the crew can always count on you

  • Above-average motivation, strong analytical thinking, and a healthy affinity for numbers

  • A solution-oriented, cool head even when things get busy

  • Fluent German and English skills
