Retail Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for you, if you would like to take responsibility for our store teams as a Retail Manager (m/f/d) and thus drive forward our retail company culture and operational processes.

That's what you move with us...

• You have personnel responsibility for our 8 retail stores: you take care of disciplinary personnel management and development, including coaching store management and the associated teams
• Your tasks also include budget and sales responsibility as well as monitoring all operational processes (sales KPIs, warehouse management, customer experience, loss prevention)
• Based on the defined KPIs, you will analyze the store performance of the respective locations and develop concepts to maximize sales
• You are also responsible for monitoring compliance with our company standards and guidelines as well as all health and safety guidelines
• As a first level trouble shooter, you are the point of contact for our store teams in the event of questions, difficulties or unexpected problems and support them by providing quick solutions
• When opening new stores, you are jointly responsible for staffing and training the new store team so that we can get off to a successful start when the store opens
  

• have several years of experience in managing employees as a retail manager in the fashion and lifestyle sector
• have successfully completed your studies in business administration, marketing or a similar course of study
• have a very high willingness to travel (monthly presence in our 8 stores)
• have the ability to analyze complex problems and make well-founded decisions and solutions based on data
• communicate clearly and concisely while empathizing with others
• are fluent in written and spoken German and English
