Sales & Marketplaces Coordinator (m/f/d)

Then join our team as a Sales & Marketplaces Coordinator (m/f/d) and help shape the perfect brand presence of Kapten & Son in Wholesale, our B2B shop, and across all relevant marketplaces. In this role, you combine hands-on daily operations with content and process power – building strong partnerships and driving sustainable growth.

What you’ll be driving at Kapten & Son...

• Sales & Wholesale: You support the national and international wholesale team in day-to-day operations and event coordination. You are the first point of contact for customers and create materials such as price lists, order sheets, and lookbooks. You also own our retail inbox and make an initial selection of potential new customers. This ensures a professional and smooth experience for our wholesale partners.

• B2B Shop & Content: You maintain our B2B shop by setting up customer accounts and updating products, linesheets, and campaigns. You coordinate image and product data to ensure an up-to-date and high-quality presentation of our shop – serving as our business card to partners.

• Marketplaces: You manage product data and visual assets for our marketplaces (including Tradebyte), review content quality and availability, and support campaigns, launches, and promotions. This ensures an optimal brand experience across all marketplaces.

• Organization & Data: You keep information and data processes clean and work closely with Sales, E-Com, Supply Chain, and Content. Together with the team and key stakeholders, you drive continuous optimization and automation of our processes.

• you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Communications, E-Commerce or Fashion/Textile Management

• you bring initial experience in sales support / customer care, marketplace, e-commerce or content environments

• you are a true team player and are eager to further develop the Wholesale / Marketplaces area together as a team

• you are highly organized and have a strong eye for detail

• you are confident working with digital tools and have solid Excel skills; initial experience with systems such as Tradebyte or a PIM is a plus

• you have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
