We are looking for you if you want to drive Kapten & Son's Finance division forward with your analyses and reportings together with your team!

That's what you move with us...

• You will join our operational controlling team - reporting, ad-hoc analyses, planning, forecasting and support with monthly and annual financial statements are your specialty
• You will work out controlling-relevant and strategic questions and derive appropriate solutions for a sustainable positive development of the company
• You regularly exchange ideas with your colleagues - this eye-to-eye sparring allows us to develop decision-making bases even faster and more comprehensively and prepare recommendations for action for team leads and management
• You enjoy taking the next steps in automation and process definition to make Kapten & Son's finance function even more powerful

• already have 5 years or more professional experience in controlling
• have a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration
• are detail-oriented, very analytical and structured and base your decisions on data, not gut feeling
• are hungry for results, have a very good understanding of numbers and are characterized by a hands-on mentality
• are a real team player and a strong communicator
