Be(come) part of the experience as our Senior Social Media Manager (m/w/d)- Fokus TikTok & YouTube (9:16)!

We are looking for you if you would like to develop our TikTok & YouTube channel strategically and operationally and thus expand our social media presence even further.

This is what you move with us...

• You are the first point of contact for our 9:16 video strategy: you independently plan and create our campaigns with milestones defined by you
• Creative planning and conceptualization is in your hands: Together with your team, you keep an eye on the latest TikTok & YouTube trends and develop content ideas from them
• You are up close and personal with productions and keep an eye on the implementation of the concepts developed by you and your team on site
• Based on the milestones you set, you will continuously monitor our social media campaigns on TikTok & YouTube
• You also provide support in the search for suitable creators

• have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in social media marketing, ideally in the area of TikTok or YouTube
• have already gained initial experience in managing employees
• are above average in the conception and control of campaigns: both in project management and in content development
• you can identify with a structured but also creative way of working and have very good communication skills as one of your strengths
• have a fluent command of written and spoken German and English
