Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for you if you don’t just manage social media, but actively think ahead and shape it. In this role, you take ownership of our Instagram channels and create strong content, campaigns, and social media moments together with various teams.

Start date: March 15

This is what you will move with us...

• You take the lead for our main Instagram channel as well as our German Instagram account

• You are responsible for analytics and performance reporting for campaigns and content and prepare weekly internal analyses

• You define and brief content needs for social media in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders

• You plan, support, and execute shootings and events, from preparation to on-site execution

• You lead our Instagram working student professionally and provide creative input for stories, reels, and posts

• You work closely with the Influencer Marketing team and align on joint projects, campaigns, and content

• have completed a degree in marketing, communications, media, or a comparable field, or have a similar qualification

• have already gained initial relevant professional experience in social media or content management

• bring a highly communicative, creative, and detail-oriented working style

• work in a structured way and are able to coordinate multiple topics in parallel

• are confident using Canva and the Instagram app

• have experience with social media analytics tools and performance evaluations

• have initial experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or comparable programs

• enjoy taking responsibility and leading a working student

• have fluent German skills and very good English skills
