On this way we need you as store manager (m/f/d) (Parental leave substitution) in our Store in Wien!

We're looking for you, if you want to join us and your future store team in taking Kapten & Son's eye care to the next level!


That's what you move with us...

  • The complete store management is in your hands: From store redesigns to staff scheduling to feedback meetings, you are the main person responsible for our store in Wien
  • Together with your future team, you will be responsible for the further development of the customer journey as well as the achievement of target sales in the store
  • With your congenial manner you manage to develop, coach and motivate the entire team
  • You report directly to the managing director and are in close contact with our headquarter in Cologne

We're a match if you...

  • have successfully completed your degree as a master optician or a course of study in the field of ophthalmic optics/optometry
  • have first experience in the leadership of employees
  • are a professional in refraction and always have an open ear for the needs of your customers and your employees
  • you can identify with our products and want to work together with a great, dynamic team
  • love to inspire customers with your positive charisma and to improve the shopping experience from day to day
  • speak native German and feel confident in communicating with customers in English
