Hey, we are Kapten & Son - with over 200 employees, we work every day on becoming the leading D2C backpack brand in Europe.

On this way we need you as Store Manager (m/f/d) in our Outlet-Store in Metzingen!

We are looking for you if you want to help build our new Outlet-Store in McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Neumünster and grow the Kapten & Son crew with your future team!

Start Date: 15.03.2025


That's what you move with us...


  • The complete store management is in your hands: you accompany the store opening and search for new employees together with us 

  • After the opening your tasks range from store redesigns to staff planning and feedback meetings

  • Together with your future team, you will be responsible for the further development of the customer journey as well as the achievement of target sales in the store neumuenster

  • With your congenial manner you manage to develop, coach and motivate the entire team

  • You report directly to our retail manager and are in close contact with our headquarter in Cologne
