Your Kapten Experience includes

• Shape the store opening: You'll be part of building our new outlet store in Wertheim from the very beginning, from the launch preparations to assembling your future team, you're in it from the start.

• Own the store management: After opening, the full store management is in your hands, from visual merchandising and shift planning to feedback sessions with your crew.

• Elevate the customer journey: Together with your team, you'll continuously develop the in-store experience, ensuring every visit feels like a real moment – while hitting your sales targets.

• Coach & grow your team: With your open, energetic personality, you motivate your crew, nurture individual strengths and create an environment where everyone can grow beyond themselves.

• Stay connected: You report directly to our Retail Manager and stay in close contact with our headquarters in Cologne, short lines of communication, real collaboration.

• First experience in leading a team, you know how to bring people together and move them forward

• A genuine open ear for the needs of your customers and your crew, empathy is part of how you work, every single day

• A strong connection to our brand and the drive to build something great together with a dynamic team

• An infectious enthusiasm and positive energy that wins customers over and makes the shopping experience better with every visit

• Fluent German skills; English is a plus
