Your Kapten Experience includes
Steering logistics processes: As the central point of contact for our retail stores, fulfillment partners, and our own warehouse, you coordinate all logistical operations and make sure everything runs like clockwork.
Planning and monitoring orders: You take ownership of order planning and ongoing monitoring, both in the system and on the ground, ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted flow of goods.
Partnering with the retail team: You work closely with our retail sales team, aligning on promotions, assortment planning, and processes, and actively contributing your logistical expertise.
Creating outbound forecasts: You develop well-founded forecasts for store deliveries, align with warehouse locations and carriers, and secure an optimal outbound flow.
Analyzing data and reporting: You create inventory analyses and key reports, coordinate with our B2C and B2B teams on volume allocation, and translate insights into concrete actions.
Maintaining backend systems and master data: You manage the POS backend system with care, from master data and price lists to maximum stock levels, returns processing, and inventory adjustments.
What's already in your bag
Completed vocational training or bachelor's degree, ideally in business administration, economics, or supply chain management
1–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a comparable field
Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems; you pick up new tools quickly
Analytical mindset and a sharp eye for detail – you spot patterns in data and turn them into clear actions
Strong communication skills, a structured way of working, and the ability to keep multiple plates spinning at once
Good German skills and solid English skills, written and spoken
