Be(come) part of the experience as our Team Lead Creation – Brand & Performance (m/f/d)!

You understand how strong brands are built and how creatives can deliver measurable performance at the same time. As Team Lead Creation, you lead our internal creation team and bridge brand building with performance marketing to develop campaigns and scalable creative systems that shape our brand, capture attention, and drive growth.

What you’ll be doing with us:

  • Develop visual campaign worlds that shape our brand, from social content to performance marketing

  • Translate campaign ideas into scalable creative systems that work across multiple channels

  • Think content along the entire marketing funnel, from scroll-stopping hooks to conversion-driven creatives

  • Define the creative direction for product launches and campaigns together with Campaign and Performance Marketing

  • Lead our in-house Creative Studio and collaborate closely with Design, Video, Photo and Creator Content teams

  • Introduce new formats, creator content and AI-supported workflows into our creative production

  • Use performance insights to continuously test, optimize and evolve creatives

We're a match if you...

  • bring 3–5 years of professional experience in a creative field (e.g., design, art direction, motion, video, or creative direction)

  • come from a creative background, e.g., Design, Art Direction, Motion, Video or Creative Direction

  • have a strong sense for aesthetics, visual storytelling and brand impact

  • think campaigns social-first and performance-oriented

  • bring experience with performance creatives, social ads or creator content

  • are able to lead teams and enjoy working across disciplines

  • think of content not as individual assets, but as scalable creative systems

  • are excited to experiment with new formats and technologies – from UGC to AI

  • take ownership and enjoy creative sparring and collaboration
