Team Lead Sourcing (m/f/d)

We are looking for you if you are excited to take on responsibility in sourcing and further develop our procurement processes and supply chains together with your team. In this role, you combine operational excellence with analytical thinking and a clear eye for risks and optimization potential.

This is what you will move with us...

• You take full responsibility for our operational ordering processes as well as for managing inbound transportation

• You work closely with our Product Design team on the development of new models and the further development of our existing product portfolio

• You identify and manage sourcing and supply chain risks, such as capacity constraints, country risks, or quality issues

• You are responsible for ensuring and further developing quality and social standards across the entire supply chain

• You manage supplier audits and work closely with our manufacturers to continuously improve processes and quality

• You lead and develop a team of 3 employees both professionally and disciplinarily

• You develop and implement risk mitigation measures and ensure transparent reporting structures for management

• You identify and realize digitalization and automation potentials in sourcing, forecasting, and ordering processes, including the evaluation and implementation of suitable tools (e.g. AI-based forecasting or risk analytics solutions)

• You are responsible for the operational and strategic development of the entire sourcing function

• have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field

• have already gained 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management

• have experience in managing operational ordering and procurement processes

• ideally have initial leadership experience or are ready to take responsibility for a small team

• convince with your communicative and outgoing personality and collaborate confidently with different stakeholders

• work in an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented manner

• are adaptable and able to keep an overview even in a dynamic environment

• have fluent German skills as well as very good English skills
