Job description

Hey, we are Kapten & Son - with over 200 employees, we work every day to become the leading D2C lifestyle brand in Europe.

On this way we need you for the time of BlackWeek and our Christmas business as a working student (m/f/d) in our Customer Care!

We are looking for you if you want to support us in advising our customers on all their questions and concerns and thus create their customer experience in the best possible way!
Period: 15.10.2024 - 15.01.2025


  • At the beginning you will be systematically trained in the different areas of our loving Customer Care.
  • You are the "voice" to our customers and will be the first contact person on the phone as well as by e-mail.
  • You will advise them on all questions concerning our products and will also take care of the processing of returns and complaints.
  • In order to stay up-to-date and to offer our customers the best and fastest service, you will work closely with our logistics, marketing and product design departments.

We're a match if you...

  • have time up to 20 hours in the period from 15.10.2024 to 15.01.2025
  • are currently in your studies
  • enjoy communicating with people and convince with your friendly manner
  • you like to work in a team as well as independently and carefully and we can always rely on you
  • you don't get upset in stressful phases and you are always solution-oriented
  • speak fluent German and feel confident in communicating in English
