On this journey, we need you as a Working Student (m/f/d) in Supply Chain Management – Focus B2B & Retail!
We’re looking for you if you’re passionate about supply chain management and excited to ensure smooth processes within our order management.

What you'll do with us…

• Together with your team, you act as the interface between the operations and sales teams for the B2B channel

• You are responsible for ensuring a smooth and fast order processing workflow, including potential after-sales services

• You handle operational pre-order and immediate order management, invoice dispatch, and coordination of delivery dates and notifications with our logistics service provider

• In addition to stock monitoring, you also create simple reports for our sales, controlling, and finance teams

• You ensure that our stores are supplied with the right products by monitoring inventory levels and creating purchase orders

• have already gained some practical experience through internships or working student activities in the field of e-commerce, B2B or supply chain management

• are studying supply chain management, logistics or a comparable course and have at least one year of study left

• are analytically inclined and have an independent way of working

• enjoy working in a team as well as independently and precisely and we can always rely on you

• have very good MS Office skills (especially in MS Excel) and can quickly familiarize yourself with an existing ERP-system
