AI Creative Producer (m/f/d)

Be(come) part of the experience as an AI Creative Producer (f/m/d)!

We’re looking for you if you’re excited to take ownership of the visual execution of photo and video assets the way a traditional photographer or DOP would – including post-production – but driven by AI. You are responsible for the overall look (lighting, perspective, camera aesthetics), develop consistent image and video variations, and finalize the assets all the way through delivery.

What you’ll be doing with us:

• You develop and produce AI-driven content – from the initial idea to the final asset, from visual worlds to video and motion assets

• You work closely with our in-house video, photo, and graphic teams and act as a creative sparring partner

• You translate real-world productions (sets, props, locations, existing visual worlds) into AI-based extensions – creating new scenes, angles, times of day, seasons, or formats – without compromising quality or brand consistency

• You build scalable AI workflows as well as prompt and mood sets, and actively bring new AI knowledge into the team

• You think about content across campaigns and brands

• you are a creative mind (background e.g. in design, motion, video, art direction, or content creation)

• you have a strong visual sense – for lighting, perspective, composition, and aesthetics

• you bring experience with AI tools for image and video creation (e.g. Midjourney, Nano Banana Pro, Veo3, or comparable tools)

• you’re passionate about AI – you follow new developments, test them out, and think creatively about how to push them further

• you don’t just want to operate tools, but truly create with them

• you work independently and take ownership of your topics

• you enjoy creative sparring and making ideas better together
