• Stepping up & taking ownership: As the right hand of our Store Manager, you lead the team independently and responsibly during her absence, with a clear head, a strong attitude, and a true hands-on mindset.

• Inspiring & advising customers: As the face of our brand on the ground, you guide our customers through their shopping experience with passion, friendly, professional, and always with the right product in hand.

• Owning the checkout experience: You ensure smooth operations at the till and make sure our customers leave with a smile, right up to the very last moment.

• Staging the store & bringing campaigns to life: With your eye for aesthetics and brand, you create a compelling in-store experience, setting our products in the spotlight and making every day in the store feel fresh.

• Driving sales targets & improving processes: Together with your team, you push towards your goals, sharpen processes, and implement marketing measures that truly move the needle.

• First experience in retail, you know what great customer service looks and feels like

• A natural ability to inspire customers with your positive energy and enthusiasm for our products

• A genuine connection to the Kapten & Son brand, you're Kapten by heart, and it shows

• Team spirit and the drive to grow together with a dynamic crew

• Initiative, a sense of responsibility, and a real can-do attitude

• Good command of German and English, both spoken and written
