That's what you move with us…
You are the "voice" to our customers and will be the first point of contact both by email and on the phone
You will advise them on all questions relating to the customer journey, from questions about our products to processing returns and complaints
In order to always stay up-to-date and offer our customers the best and fastest service, you will be in close contact with our country management and other departments such as logistics, marketing & product design
For our working students and interns, you are the direct manager and therefore the first point of contact
We're a match if you...
have already gained 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in customer care or a comparable position
ideally already have experience in a customer service program, such as ZenDesk
work very independently, organized and carefully
enjoy dealing with customers with your communicative nature and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
