That's what you move with us…

  • You are the "voice" to our customers and will be the first point of contact both by email and on the phone

  • You will advise them on all questions relating to the customer journey, from questions about our products to processing returns and complaints

  • In order to always stay up-to-date and offer our customers the best and fastest service, you will be in close contact with our country management and other departments such as logistics, marketing & product design

  • For our working students and interns, you are the direct manager and therefore the first point of contact

We're a match if you...

  • have already gained 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in customer care or a comparable position

  • ideally already have experience in a customer service program, such as ZenDesk

  • work very independently, organized and carefully

  • enjoy dealing with customers with your communicative nature and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
