We’re looking for you if you’re excited to actively shape our influencer marketing efforts in the Benelux region and build strong collaborations together with various teams.

That's what you move with us...

• At our Amsterdam location, you and your team represent Kapten & Son in the Benelux region and have a significant impact on the internationalization of our company

• You support our Country Management Team in the area of influencer marketing and arrange long-term collaborations with key Dutch, Belgian, and Luxembourg influencers and content creators

• Through regular communication and networking, you build your own influencer network and inspire everyone with your passion for Kapten & Son

• You work closely with other teams such as Social Media to exchange trends, improve our brand strategy, and support the creation of social content

• have successfully completed your studies with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field and/or already gained relevant experience through internships – initial professional experience is a plus, but not a must

• live in or around Amsterdam and have a strong connection to the influencer scene in the Benelux region and Generation Z

• as a digital native, always keep an eye on the most important social media platforms (especially TikTok) and passionately follow the latest trends in influencer marketing

• thanks to your friendly, respectful, and communicative nature, enjoy connecting with influencers and conducting negotiations

• are fluent in Dutch/Flemish and have very good English skills
