Your Kapten Experience includes
Develop and drive performance strategies: You own the development, management, and continuous optimisation of our performance marketing strategies, with real initiative and a clear focus on impact.
Bring campaigns to life: You plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, YouTube, and Display Retargeting, cross-channel, data-driven, and always built to perform.
Own the budget: You take responsibility for planning and managing our marketing budgets, allocating them where they create the greatest impact.
Analyse KPIs and unlock potential: You keep a close eye on key metrics like ROAS, CPA, CAC, Conversion Rate, CTR, and CPC, derive clear optimisation measures, and implement them consistently.
Test, learn, optimise: You design and evaluate A/B tests for creatives and campaigns to continuously push our performance forward.
Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate results: As a central interface, you work closely with Campaign, Country, Content, Design, Web Development, and E-Commerce teams, and present your findings in regular reporting sessions.
What's already in your bag
Completed degree or training in Business, Marketing, or a comparable field
3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment
Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and experience with additional paid channels such as TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, or Display Retargeting
You interpret KPIs confidently, think data-first, and turn insights into clear recommendations
Structured, detail-oriented, and communicative working style, you stay on top of things even in fast-paced phases
Solid German and English skills, written and spoken
