Internship in Performance Marketing

Hey, we are Kapten & Son - with over 205 employees, we work every day on becoming the leading D2C backpack brand in Europe.

On this way we need you as an intern (m/f/d) in Performance Marketing!
We are looking for you if you are passionate about marketing topics and want to learn more about performance marketing.

Start: 01.10.2025 I Duration: 6 month

This is what you move with us...

• in the first step, you will be familiarised with our social media advertising and, after a short training period, you will be responsible for choosing content and creating ads for different channels such as Meta or TikTok

• you will get to know the Ads Manager of Meta, TikTok and other channels and assist in entering ads

• you support our account managers in setting up new campaigns

• you will learn the most common KPIs to be able to evaluate the performance of ads

• you analyse current advertising campaigns and create reports on your results

• have already gained some practical experience through internships in marketing

• are studying business administration, marketing or a comparable course of study or have just finished it

• not only want to prove your own skills but also acquire new knowledge

• are absolutely familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & Co. and regularly follow their development and changes

• have an above-average ability to grasp things quickly and are analytical, creative and highly motivated

• not only want to design ads, but also understand what happens afterwards

• speak fluent German and English
