Project Manager (m/f/d) (Area: Content Production)

Hey, we are Kapten & Son - with over 250 employees, we work every day on becoming the leading D2C backpack brand in Europe.

In order to further professionalise and optimally structure our in-house content production, we are looking for a project manager who can keep everything running smoothly with a clear head, organisational skills and enthusiasm for creative processes.

This is what you move with us...

• You will take on the overall management of content production – from planning and implementation to final delivery.

• You will coordinate timings, budgets and resources and ensure that everyone involved is in the right place at the right time and that assets are ready on time.

• You will work closely with the creative, campaign and social media teams to ensure smooth processes and consistent results.

• You will drive the development of efficient in-house production structures and help to optimise processes in the long term.

• You will take care of model, location and freelancer management, while always keeping track of all production details.

• You have an eye for efficiency, priorities and deadlines – and your organisational skills ensure that creative ideas become reality.

• You have strong organisational skills with a high level of structural and process expertise – planning, prioritising and coordinating are your thing.

• You have several years of experience in project management, ideally in the field of content, photo, video or graphic production.

• You remain calm under pressure, are solution-oriented and resilient, and can manage several projects at the same time without losing track of the big picture.

• You enjoy hands-on work, are communicative and enjoy working in a creative environment with many interfaces.

• You are familiar with MS Office and tools such as Monday and Miro (or can quickly learn how to use them).

• You are fluent in German and English.

• You have a driving licence.
