We’re looking for you if you’re excited to actively shape our accounting processes, take ownership in accounts payable, and drive the future of our finance structures, from automation to AI.
Start date: as soon as possible
This is what you move with us…
You take ownership of VAT review, recording, and posting of incoming invoices, ensuring a smooth accounts payable process
You handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including the preparation of journal entries, maintenance of fixed asset accounting, and the formation of accruals and deferrals
You support the preparation of reports as part of monthly and annual closing processes and reliably reconcile liabilities
You manage timely payment runs, monitor open items, and take responsibility for account reconciliation
You drive the further development of our accounting processes, independently implement projects, and actively contribute to the design of AI and automation solutions
What's already in your bag...
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting, or a comparable field
You bring 3–5 years of professional experience in bookkeeping or accounting
You are communicative, empathetic, and analytical, always with a keen eye for detail and a structured way of working
You have hands-on experience with DATEV Rechnungswesen and feel confident using it
You bring good German skills and solid English skills, both written and spoken
You think proactively, enjoy taking responsibility, and feel comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing team
