Job description

Be(come) the Experience – Bringing our brand standards straight to the warehouse.

We are Kapten & Son. With over 250 Kaptens, we work every day to become Europe's leading D2C lifestyle brand. Our products accompany people through their everyday experiences – and you make sure that behind the scenes, everything runs the way our brand and our customers deserve: reliably, with a sharp eye for quality and a genuine hands-on attitude.

Start: immediately

Location: Bolesławiec/Bolesławice, Poland

Your Kapten Experience includes

  • Representing Kapten & Son on-site: You are the extended arm of our brand at our external logistics partner's warehouse – coordinating priorities, aligning daily with warehouse management and ensuring our requirements are consistently implemented in day-to-day operations.

  • Building returns & quality processes: You develop clear inspection criteria and decision frameworks for returns assessment, classify goods into A, B and C categories, and organise professional refurbishment – including training the service provider's staff.

  • Structuring a customisation area: You build a dedicated product customisation area from the ground up – with your own processes, work instructions and quality standards, developed in close collaboration with the logistics partner.

  • Making performance visible: You monitor relevant KPIs and service levels, identify bottlenecks early, document process deviations and escalate when needed – so we always have full transparency.

  • Ensuring and advancing quality: You conduct regular quality checks on incoming goods and before dispatch, provide technical guidance to staff and actively drive continuous improvement in our collaboration with the logistics partner.

What's already in your bag

  • Experience in warehouse logistics, fulfillment, supply chain or operational logistics management – ideally in a 3PL or e-commerce environment

  • Proven experience in building processes and working standards, as well as collaborating with external logistics service providers

  • Solid understanding of goods flows, order processing and returns management; experience in quality inspection or goods classification is a plus

  • Confident handling of warehouse, ERP or inventory management systems as well as MS Office/Excel

  • Hands-on mentality, structured way of working and the ability to assert yourself while maintaining a collaborative communication style

  • Very good Polish and good English skills; German is a plus

What awaits you

  • Employment with Kapten & Son: A key role with real responsibility at the intersection of brand, logistics and product quality

  • Room to shape things: The opportunity to build three important operational areas from scratch and truly make them your own

  • Short decision paths: Close collaboration with central teams and fast decision-making processes

  • Visible impact: You directly influence returns quality, the customer experience and fulfillment performance

  • Growth: Personal development opportunities and quarterly feedback conversations

  • Perks: Corporate benefits and employee discounts

  • Volunteer Day: One paid day for your voluntary work
