On this way we need you as Store Manager (m/f/d) in our Store in Hamburg!

We are looking for you if you are excited to lead our Hamburg store and, together with your future team, take the Kapten & Son store to the next level!

That's what you move with us...

• Full store management is in your hands: from store redesigns and staff scheduling to feedback meetings, you are the main person responsible for our Hamburg (Schanze) store

• Together with your future team, you will be responsible for the further development of the customer journey as well as the achievement of target sales in the store Hamburg

• With your congenial manner you manage to develop, coach and motivate the entire team

• You report directly to our retail manager and are in close contact with our headquarter in Cologne

• have first experience in the leadership of employees

• always have an open ear for the needs of your customers and your employees

• you can identify with our products and want to work together with a great team

• love to inspire customers with your positive charisma and to improve the shopping experience from day to day

• speak german and ideally english
