Job description

Be(come) part of the experience as Working Student in CRM (m/f/d)!

We’re looking for you if you want to gain real hands-on experience in data-driven CRM marketing alongside your studies, actively contribute to our customer communication, and support our CRM team in day-to-day operations.

Start date: as soon as possible

This is what you will move with us...

  • You’ll support the planning and operational execution of personalized CRM campaigns, from preparing segmentations and selecting content to the final send-out along our campaign calendar

  • You’ll help coordinate timings, briefings, and assets, and independently maintain our campaign and planning tools

  • You'll assist with the creation and delivery of email, WhatsApp, and app communications, ensuring all content goes out correctly and on time

  • You’ll research relevant CRM metrics, help prepare campaign-related reports, and support the team in deriving first learnings

  • You’ll bring fresh ideas for campaigns, formats, and personalization approaches, and contribute to ongoing CRM projects

  • You’ll play an active role in the creative execution of campaign creatives — from brainstorming concepts to aligning with the Content team

  • You’ll work closely with our CRM team and gain insights into collaboration with teams like Campaign & Content, and E-Commerce

What's already in your bag...

  • You’re currently studying Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field and can support us at least 16–20 hours per week

  • First experience in CRM, email marketing, or a marketing environment, e.g., through an internship or previous working student position, is a plus, but not a must

  • You work in a structured, careful, and organized way, and keep track of everything even in fast-paced phases

  • You have a good feel for communication, audience-oriented content, and an eye for creative design

  • You’re comfortable with numbers, can read basic performance reports, and are curious about data-driven marketing

  • You pick up new tools and processes quickly and independently, experience with common mailing or CRM tools is a bonus

  • You have very good German skills and a good level of English
