Hey, we are Kapten & Son - with over 250 employees, we work every day to become the leading D2C backpack brand in Europe.

On this path, we need you as a working student Influencer Marketing (m/f/d)!

We are looking for you if you would like to provide holistic support to our influencers and thus fully immerse yourself in Kapten & Son's influencer marketing.

Start: immediately I Duration: min. one year

What you'll do with us…

• You immerse yourself in the entire Kapten & Son marketing and work with your team on exciting influencer campaigns with a focus on TikTok and Instagram cooperations

• You are in direct contact with influencers and management and support them throughout your time as a working student

• You independently search for suitable accounts for our brand, negotiate prices and monitor and analyze the success of the postings

• You research new topics and take on your own projects (e.g. micro campaigns for individual product categories)

• have already gained some practical experience in marketing, ideally in influencer marketing, and would now like to contribute this to our young team

• Instagram and TikTok are absolutely familiar to you and you regularly follow their development and changes

• know which KPIs you need to pay attention to and know the new rising stars

• speak fluent German and English
