Hey! We are Kapten & Son – with over 200 employees, we work every day to become Europe's leading D2C backpack brand.
Be(come) part of the experience as a working student (m/f/d) in our Customer Care, focusing on the UK market!


We are looking for you if you want to help us provide the best customer experience by advising our English-speaking customers on all their questions and concerns.

Start: March 2025 I Duration: min. 1 year I Working hours: 16-20 h per week

What you’ll do with us...

  • You will initially receive thorough training in the various areas of our dedicated Customer Care team.

  • You will be the "voice" for our English-speaking customers, acting as the first point of contact via phone and email.

  • You will advise customers on all aspects of our products, handle returns, and resolve complaints.

  • To always stay up-to-date and offer the best and fastest service, you will collaborate closely with our Logistics, Marketing, and Product Design teams.

We're a match if you...

  • You are currently studying and can dedicate at least 16 hours per week.

  • You speak fluent/native English and ideally German.

  • You are highly familiar with the English market, having lived in the UK before.

  • You enjoy communicating with people and impress with your friendly demeanor.

  • You like working both independently and as part of a team, and we can always rely on you.

  • You stay calm under pressure and always approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
