We are looking for you if you want to support us in advising our customers on all questions and concerns and thus optimise their customer experience!
Start date: 01.03.2024 Duration: min. 1 year
What you'll do with us...
You will be systematically familiarised with the various areas of our caring Customer Care at the beginning
You will be the "voice" for our customers and will be the first point of contact both on the phone and by email
You will advise them on all questions relating to our products and also take care of processing returns and complaints
You will work closely with our Logistics, Marketing & Product Design departments to stay up-to-date and offer our customers the best and fastest service possible
We're a match if you...
are currently studying and have at least 16 hours a week to spare
enjoy communicating with people and impress with your friendly manner
enjoy working in a team as well as independently and carefully and we can always rely on you
don't let yourself get flustered in stressful phases and are always solution-orientated
speak fluent German and English
