Your Kapten Experience includes

  • Be the face of the brand: You represent Kapten & Son on the floor, bring our spirit to life and inspire customers with your genuine enthusiasm.

  • Advise with heart: At the core of your day is friendly, professional customer consultation – helping people find the perfect Kapten & Son product for their everyday life.

  • Create seamless experiences: You ensure a smooth checkout process and make sure every customer leaves with a smile – right until the very last moment.

  • Perform as a crew: Together with your team, you contribute to sales targets, bring ideas to improve processes and actively support the implementation of marketing activities on the floor.

What's already in your bag

  • You are currently enrolled as a student and available 15–20 hours per week

  • You are a Kapten by heart, you identify with our products and feel the brand

  • Ideally, you have some first experience in retail or sales

  • You communicate confidently in German and can handle customer interactions in English as well
