Are you passionate about aesthetics, love storytelling and feel just as at home in the world of Instagram and TikTok reels as you do in the video editing program? Then come and join us!

What you'll do with us…

• you are part of our internal content team and are jointly responsible for the post-production of our video formats - from high-performance UGC reels to cinematic campaign videos

• you edit video content for Instagram, TikTok & Co. - always with a reliable feel for target group, dynamics and brand identity

• you don't just think in edits, but in stories - and use rhythm, music and timing to bring content to life

• far away from post-production, you will occasionally be able to experience and actively support the production and set life behind Kapten & Son

• are currently studying - ideally in the fields of media, film, communication, design or similar - and are enrolled for at least another year

• have a sound knowledge of Premiere Pro and an efficient, structured way of working

• are media-savvy - your MacBook is your constant companion and you can navigate digital tools blindfolded

• have a strong sense of visual aesthetics, storytelling and understanding formats

• understand how social media marketing works - especially on Instagram, TikTok and similar platforms

• speak fluent German and very good English

• ideally have a class B driver's license
