Your Kapten Experience includes
Producing and editing social-first content: You independently create high-performing video content for Instagram, TikTok & more, from filming to the final cut, tailored to what actually works on each platform.
Co-creating campaign content: You support our Creative Team in developing high-quality campaign content and performance-driven social media ads, with a real feel for what grabs attention.
Filming independently and joining productions: You shoot your own content and are present both in the studio and on location. Hands-on, flexible, and always with an eye for the shot.
Using music, sound, and motion with intention: You stage content to feel emotional and dynamic, through the deliberate use of music, sound design, motion, and timing.
Bringing creative ideas to the table: You think along on hooks, storylines, and editing concepts, helping to develop content that captures attention from the very first second.
Jumping in where it counts: You contribute wherever support is needed, whether on spontaneous content projects or ongoing productions.
What's already in your bag
You are currently enrolled at a university, ideally in film, media, communications, design, or a comparable field, are available for 16–20 hours per week, with at least one year of studies remaining
You have already gained first practical experience in video production and video editing
You are confident working with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut
You have a strong sense for visual aesthetics, storytelling, modern editing, and current social media trends
You understand how content works on Instagram, TikTok & Co. and you can spot a strong hook and a compelling creative instantly
You work independently and in a structured way, and you proactively bring creative ideas into the team
You enjoy working both behind the camera and collaboratively on productions
You speak fluent German and have very good English skills
Optional: You’re comfortable stepping in front of the camera yourself, e.g., for Reels or Story content. Not a must, but a real plus!
A Class B driving license is a plus
