That's what you move with us...

  • You are the “voice” and contact person for our Dutch customers, both by email and on the phone
  • For that, you advise them on all questions relating to the customer journey, from questions about our products to processing returns and complaints
  • In order to always stay up-to-date and offer our customers the best service, you will be in close contact with our country management and other departments such as logistics, marketing & product design
  • You are the direct manager and first point of contact for our working students and interns in the Dutch area
  • The further development of our future strategy for the Netherlands lays in your hands

We're a match if you...

  • have already gained 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in customer care or a comparable position
  • ideally already have experience in a customer service program, such as ZenDesk
  • work very independently, organized and carefully
  • have a communicative manner, enjoy dealing with customers and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
  • speak native Dutch and very good English
